These terms apply to the optional SMS program offered by MT LOCK & KEY SERVICES INC, operating as MT Lock & Key Services. By expressly opting in to this program, you agree to these SMS terms.
Program purpose
Messages concern your locksmith service, answers to your service questions, follow-up after a completed job, and an invitation to share an honest Google review. We do not require a positive review, and service support is not conditional on leaving a review.
Consent and frequency
Enrollment requires your express permission to receive these messages from MT Lock & Key Services at the mobile number you provide. A service purchase or the provision of a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase services. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of that number.
You may receive up to two follow-up messages per completed job. Additional messages may be sent in response to your questions or to manage your subscription. Message frequency otherwise depends on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for plan details.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop unless you opt in again. We also honor other clear requests to stop texts. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a locksmith service appointment.

Delivery and mobile number changes
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned so we can update our records and stop sending messages to the old number.
Privacy
We use your mobile number, message content, consent record, and opt-out preferences to deliver and manage the program. We do not sell mobile information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process it to support message delivery. Changes
We may update these terms and post the updated version on our website. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before sending messages under the changed program.
